An Open Letter To Stock Holders and Investors in Tesla Motors at this Time of Crisis

By Marshall Barnes, R&D Eng

To All Those With a Vested Interest in Tesla Motors and or Elon Musk:

If you haven’t already yet, you should read the last open letter that I wrote because I’m not repeating much of the same information again. I’m simply here to tell you that it’s time to get rid of Elon Musk and why if you want to be sure that you have a company for as long as you expected originally when you first got involved. Here is the link to the previous open letter – https://wordpress.com/post/paranovation.wordpress.com/1018. Now, I’ll make my case against Elon.

Major Tesla investor, Ross Gerber, who is often the go-to-person for the media to discuss all things financial about Tesla, has said that Elon is destroying everything he’s built but has admitted that he doesn’t know why. I do and it should worry anyone invested in the idea of success for Tesla.

Elon is not the genius people think. He is more of a defective, highly functioning, idiot savant.

If Elon was as smart as I am, the “obvious” move would’ve been to make the move to a car independent of outside energy requirements of all kinds – no fuel or electric. You may think, “How is that even possible?” and being a genius I know the answer, and being light years smarter than Elon, I would’ve spent a fraction of the 44 billion he wasted on buying Twitter and I would’ve built and tested a protype and been just about ready to debut it, right about now, because I had that idea several years ago and worked on it in my spare time. THAT’S what people REALLY WANT. No need to refuel, no oil, gas, radiator fluid. Now if I was working with Tesla, that’s what would be on the schedule. FSD is a pipe dream because Elon has the wrong people working on it. Not long ago, the cars couldn’t even recognize emergency lights and yet there were at least 16 of those vehicles on the road. How do I know? Because there were 16 crashes, that’s how. I would think that it would be “blindingly obvious” to have the cars that could see something as basic as emergency lights but I guess that was something light years beyond Elon’s perception.

As you well know, Elon has gotten more and more controversial ever since he bought Twitter. In fact, the argument could be made that he was veering toward that behavior in the months leading up to that point. The truth be told, however, he’s had issues long before that. The reason why this is important is because due to these facts there’s no way you can trust what he tells you and that’s a fact.

Let’s start from the beginning – he didn’t start Pay Pal, he wasn’t a founder of Tesla, he’s lies about self driving – in fact autopilot was ruled to be a misrepresentation of fact, he said going to Mars was going to be great and then had to change that. And the list goes on. The problem is that he’s exaggerated claims about Neuralink which puts people in danger because it’s vulnerable to EMF interference that can be fatal and whether he knew about it or not, it’s going to cause major problems once and if people are targeted which will effect Tesla because of its relationship with Elon. Elon has spent all of this time trying to convince people that he’s their hope for the future but what is he actually doing? Promoting hate speech while at the same time suppressing and censoring anything he doesn’t like which has caused a hole to open that he can be repeatedly attacked through because he’s too stupid to close it. It’s part of his self-destructive, nihilistic self that is evident when you carefully look at the anger in his face when he’s pressed on why he promotes hate speech even when it’s bad for business – bad for Tesla. That anger is because of his determination that hate speech be spread no matter who it hurts. Look at him now –

No better example of that need be seen than his latest foray into promoting racist theories that have already been scientifically debunked, but what’s Elon do? His damnedest to resurrect them, that’s what.

Elon’s claims of loving humanity and working for an interplanetary future are baseless and should be a warning to all Tesla investors because it is yet another demonstrable lie. And if he can tell that big of a lie and think he’ll get away with it, he’s going to lie to investors any time he feels like it. And hasn’t he already? Like a skilled and talented stage magician, Elon does extravagant things to distract our attention and make us believe. Case in point, SpaceX is a spectacular sight and sound show but Starship hasn’t left the Earth’s gravitational field yet. There’s no serious indication that it could even make it to Mars without some issue causing a disaster and furthermore the launches intended to go to Mars have been repeatedly delayed with the window through which they could be made with the least likelihood of geopolitical interference, now slipping away.

Let me be perfectly clear on what I mean by geopolitical interference. I mean war. We are already sliding toward the cusp of the potential for WW3 and Elon himself has expressed his concern that WW3 could prevent any successful mission to Mars but has made predictions that haven’t come true and have only come to fruition as alarmist propaganda.

Below, he admits he’s worried that WW3 could prevent going to Mars yet, true to that twisted, self-destructive bent, he wasted valuable time and money on Twitter.

Elon has more than WW3 to worry about though. He has a war that’s going on inside his head which affects his thinking and behavior at times. Elon Musk is a defective, disturbed and dangerous individual.

Finally, as is common among the mentally unstable and disturbed, Elon revealed his true, inner self when he wore the Devil’s Champion costume to Heidi Klum’s Halloween party, one year, complete with satanic imagery. If viewed through a religious prism, Christ is supposed to the savior of humanity who loves it so much, which is what Elon claims except due to his actions and those of his companies, people have died in car accidents and been injured, maimed and killed on his worksites which have also earned reputations for racist and sexist hostile workplaces. He does the opposite. He is a secular Anti-Messiah.

Elon’s delusions are attempts to deceive. His claims, for example, that he’s done more for the environment as the Tesla CEO is insane and flat wrong. His logic may seem OK at first except it doesn’t matter how many emissions he’s eliminated through electric car sales because NASA has already determined that if all of the emissions globally were eliminated now, the damage that’s already been done will be around for the next 50 years. That fact greatly diminishes Elon’s contribution. Worse yet, is his claim that he cares more about the reality of goodness than the perception of it.

Yet, Elon promotes hatred, racism, and has injured, maimed and killed indirectly and directly.

Elon Musk is going down and he will take others down with him, just as Ross Gerber claimed. I’ve predicted stock prices would drop 50% and they’re on their way now.

With the regular problems that can face a company like Tesla, the last thing its needs is a possessed, idiot savant as a CEO. Especially when there are other options.

Below is an example from X of how Elon’s behavior is affecting sales.

@spotted_model

“I’m a huge Tesla supporter obviously. But this hits hard. I have 2 neighbors who were both interested in Teslas who have backed away this year. Both said they can’t stomach Elon’s politics. And I was working with my boss and his wife on their first Model Y. Boss just told me his wife can’t do it bc of Elon. They ordered a Range Rover. This is my real-world experience and makes me sad.”

Regardless of the decision that Tesla stockholders make in regard to their relationship with Elon Musk, the fact remains that he can’t be trusted with his entanglements with Putin, and his involvement in promoting free speech scams across the country to the benefit of right wing, anti-democracy elements. He has become a National Security liability. His ability to continue in these activities will be destroyed regardless of how it affects his businesses. Something to consider…
